Stylish rooftop bar, luxurious spa facilities, breathtaking views from rooms
Check-in process could use improvement!!! A room with a view shouldn't cost over €350 to face a concrete wall. More attention to room maintenance needed—definitely not what a five-star hotel should be offering!!!

The rooftop bar offers stunning views that really elevate the experience, with ample space to enjoy drinks. The spa features a modern design that creates a relaxing atmosphere, a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
The lighting in the rooms and corridors is so dim that it feels like navigating a cavern. locating basics like Wi-Fi or room service menus isn’t intuitive. In the bathroom, the shower water barely gets warm enough, and the lack of good pillows really detracted from comfort—three flat ones didn’t cut it. Breakfast left much to be desired with greasy offerings, and my omelette was not edible. my reflexology appointment turned into a foot scrub mix-up that wasted time I could have spent relaxing. Also, the seating in the bar area is unusually low, making it impractical for many guests, which led me to skip a dinner reservation.

Staying here with my three grandkids was such a treat! We loved the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed cocktails with stunning views of the city. Plus, the indoor pool was a highlight for everyone, especially after a fun day of sightseeing.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they had a larger menu for kids. My children wanted more options at the dining facilities.

Exceptional stay with a stunning rooftop bar
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay where the highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop bar with breathtaking views of Dublin. The breakfast choices were impressive, featuring freshly baked pastries and locally sourced ingredients that set the tone for the day. The staff provided attentive service, ensuring every need was met during my time at the hotel. However, the check-in process was a bit slower than expected, which could use some improvement.

Had an amazing weekend with friends! We enjoyed a complimentary yoga session overlooking the city. Explored the local shops and the rooftop bar for drinks. The staff were fantastic, and the room was super cozy. Make sure to check out the spa area, it's a real treat!
One downside was the long check-in process. it took a while due to some mix-up at the front desk. Just be prepared for that when you arrive.
